目的：探讨层级护理管理在放疗科病房护理工作中的应用效果。方法从2011年2月开始，根据某院放疗科病房护理人员的职务、职称、学历等情况，及放疗科护理工作的特点，将护理人员分为护士长、责任组长、责任护士（高级、初级）、助理护士四个层级，进行层级护理管理。对实施前及实施6个月后的患者满意度进行对比评价。结果实施层级护理管理6个月后，患者的满意率为96.25％，明显高于实施前的80.00％，两组满意率比较差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论在放疗科病房护理工作中采用层级护理管理，能够提高护理质量和患者满意度，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토층급호리관리재방료과병방호리공작중적응용효과。방법종2011년2월개시，근거모원방료과병방호리인원적직무、직칭、학력등정황，급방료과호리공작적특점，장호리인원분위호사장、책임조장、책임호사（고급、초급）、조리호사사개층급，진행층급호리관리。대실시전급실시6개월후적환자만의도진행대비평개。결과실시층급호리관리6개월후，환자적만의솔위96.25％，명현고우실시전적80.00％，량조만의솔비교차이구유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론재방료과병방호리공작중채용층급호리관리，능구제고호리질량화환자만의도，치득림상추엄。
Objective To discuss the application effect of hierarchical management of nursing in radiotherapy department .Methods Nursing staff was divided into four levels ,including the head nurse responsibility leader responsibility nurse (advanced primary) assistant nurse from February 2011 ,according to our radiation wards nurses'staff position ,title ,education ,etc ,and the characteristics of radiother-apy department nursing work .Patient satisfaction evaluation was evaluated after the implementation 6 months .Results After the imple-mentation 6 months ,Patient satisfaction rate was 96.25% ,was significantly higher than before 80.00% (P<0.05) .Conclusion Hierar-chical management of nursing in radiotherapy department can improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction .It is worth of clinical promotion .
