目的：探讨门诊持续推进优质护理服务的方法和意义。方法回顾性分析我院门诊开展优质护理服务前后患者满意度、护士满意度及门诊量的变化。结果患者满意度从85.32％提高到97.95％（ P＜0.05），护士满意度从90.11％提高到98.74％（ P＜0.05），门诊量明显增长（P＜0.05）。结论优质护理服务是提高护理质量、提高患者满意度及护士满意度的重要举措，值得进一步积极探索和大力推广。

목적：탐토문진지속추진우질호리복무적방법화의의。방법회고성분석아원문진개전우질호리복무전후환자만의도、호사만의도급문진량적변화。결과환자만의도종85.32％제고도97.95％（ P＜0.05），호사만의도종90.11％제고도98.74％（ P＜0.05），문진량명현증장（P＜0.05）。결론우질호리복무시제고호리질량、제고환자만의도급호사만의도적중요거조，치득진일보적겁탐색화대력추엄。
Objective To investigate the methods and significance of promoting high quality nursing service in outpatient .Methods After the imple-mentation of high quality nursing service in outpatient ,the changes of patient satisfaction ,nurse satisfaction and outpatient amount were analyzed retrospec-tively .Results The mean patient satisfaction increased from 85.32% to 97.95% (P<0.05) ,and the mean nurse satisfaction increased from 90.11% to 98.74% (P<0.05) .At the same ,Outpatient amount significantly increased (P<0.05) .Conclusions As an important measure to improve the quality of nursing and to improve the satisfaction of the nurses and the patients ,the high quality nursing service is worthy of further exploration and extension .
