目的:建立以高效毛细管电泳法测定盐酸马尼地平片中盐酸马尼地平含量的方法。方法:以熔融石英毛细管柱(45 cm ×75μm,有效长度37 cm)为固定相,运行缓冲液为30 mmol/L醋酸盐缓冲液(pH 4.5),压力进样(3.4 kPa ×5 s),工作电压25 kV,柱温25℃,检测波长228 nm。结果:盐酸马尼地平浓度在0.025~0.250 g/L的范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9994),高、中、低浓度平均回收率分别为99.08%、98.19%和97.14%,RSD分别为0.31%、0.60%和1.51%。结论:该方法简便、快速、经济、重复性好,可用于盐酸马尼地平片中盐酸马尼地平含量的测定。
目的:建立以高效毛細管電泳法測定鹽痠馬尼地平片中鹽痠馬尼地平含量的方法。方法:以鎔融石英毛細管柱(45 cm ×75μm,有效長度37 cm)為固定相,運行緩遲液為30 mmol/L醋痠鹽緩遲液(pH 4.5),壓力進樣(3.4 kPa ×5 s),工作電壓25 kV,柱溫25℃,檢測波長228 nm。結果:鹽痠馬尼地平濃度在0.025~0.250 g/L的範圍內線性關繫良好(r=0.9994),高、中、低濃度平均迴收率分彆為99.08%、98.19%和97.14%,RSD分彆為0.31%、0.60%和1.51%。結論:該方法簡便、快速、經濟、重複性好,可用于鹽痠馬尼地平片中鹽痠馬尼地平含量的測定。
목적:건립이고효모세관전영법측정염산마니지평편중염산마니지평함량적방법。방법:이용융석영모세관주(45 cm ×75μm,유효장도37 cm)위고정상,운행완충액위30 mmol/L작산염완충액(pH 4.5),압력진양(3.4 kPa ×5 s),공작전압25 kV,주온25℃,검측파장228 nm。결과:염산마니지평농도재0.025~0.250 g/L적범위내선성관계량호(r=0.9994),고、중、저농도평균회수솔분별위99.08%、98.19%화97.14%,RSD분별위0.31%、0.60%화1.51%。결론:해방법간편、쾌속、경제、중복성호,가용우염산마니지평편중염산마니지평함량적측정。
To establish a method for the determination of manidipine hydrochloride in manidipine hydrochloride tablets by high performance capillary electrophoresis .Methods:The determination was performed under the following con-ditions:fused-silica capillary of 45 cm ×75 μm(37 cm of effective length);running buffer:30 mmol/L acetate buffer(pH 4.5);sample injection method (3.4 kPa ×5 s);running voltage:25 kV;column temperature:25℃;detection wavelength:228 nm.Results:The linear range of manidipine hydrochloride was from 0.025 to 0.250 g/L(r=0.999 4).The average recoveries and RSD of manidipine hydrochloride at low , middle and high concentrations were 97.14%with RSD of 1.51%, 98.19% with RSD of 0.60%, and 99.08% with RSD of 0.31%,respectively.Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid,economic and reproducible.It can be used to detect the content of manidipine hydrochloride in manidipine hydrochloridetablets.
