目的:探讨宫颈癌患者外周血中粒细胞样髓源抑制细胞( G-MDSCs )和单核细胞样髓源抑制细胞( M-MDSCs)的比例及其CD73的表达在宫颈癌发病中的作用。方法:收集37例宫颈癌患者和21例健康人外周血,以CD11b+CD14-为G-MDSCs标志物,CD11b+CD14+为M-MDSCs标志物,采用流式细胞术检测两群MDSCs的比例及其CD73表达。结果:宫颈癌组外周血G-MDSCs、M-MDSCs的表达水平[(52.5±2.9)%、(27.7±15.2)%]均高于健康组[(20.1±9.2)%、(22.0±6.3)%]( t=7.584、2.021,P<0.05);宫颈癌组外周血M-MDSCs上CD73的表达水平[(21.4±17.1)%]高于健康组[(5.9±5.0)%](t=5.128,P<0.001);宫颈癌组外周血G-MDSCs比例及其CD73的表达与病理类型、临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移均无关(P均>0.05),M-MDSCs比例与临床分期有关(F=9.566,P=0.001),其CD73的表达与临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(t/F=7.664、2.419,P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者外周血MDSCs的比例与肿瘤发生相关,其中M-MDSCs的水平可能与病情进展有关。

목적:탐토궁경암환자외주혈중립세포양수원억제세포( G-MDSCs )화단핵세포양수원억제세포( M-MDSCs)적비례급기CD73적표체재궁경암발병중적작용。방법:수집37례궁경암환자화21례건강인외주혈,이CD11b+CD14-위G-MDSCs표지물,CD11b+CD14+위M-MDSCs표지물,채용류식세포술검측량군MDSCs적비례급기CD73표체。결과:궁경암조외주혈G-MDSCs、M-MDSCs적표체수평[(52.5±2.9)%、(27.7±15.2)%]균고우건강조[(20.1±9.2)%、(22.0±6.3)%]( t=7.584、2.021,P<0.05);궁경암조외주혈M-MDSCs상CD73적표체수평[(21.4±17.1)%]고우건강조[(5.9±5.0)%](t=5.128,P<0.001);궁경암조외주혈G-MDSCs비례급기CD73적표체여병리류형、림상분기、분화정도、림파결전이균무관(P균>0.05),M-MDSCs비례여림상분기유관(F=9.566,P=0.001),기CD73적표체여림상분기화림파결전이유관(t/F=7.664、2.419,P<0.05)。결론:궁경암환자외주혈MDSCs적비례여종류발생상관,기중M-MDSCs적수평가능여병정진전유관。
To analyze the percentages of granulocytic myeloid derived suppressor cells (G-MDSCs),monocytic myeloid derived suppressor cells ( M-MDSCs) and the expression of CD73 on the two subsets cells in peripheral blood of cervical cancer patients .Methods:37 patients with cervical cancer and 21 healthy controls were enrolled in this study .The pattern of CD14 +CD11b-as G-MDSCs, CD11b+CD14 +was made M-MDSCs.Flow cytometry was used to detect the per-centage of the two subsets of MDSCs and the expression of CD 73 on the two subsets in peripheral blood of cervical cancer patients.Results:The percentages of G-MDSCs and M-MDSCs in peripheral blood of cervical cancer patients were higher [(52.5 ±2.9)%,(27.7 ±15.2)%] than those in healthy controls[(20.1 ±9.2)%,(22.0 ±6.3)% ](t=7.584, 2.021,P<0.05);Compared with healthy controls , the expression of CD73 on M-MDSCs in cervical cancer patients was higher[(21.4 ±17.1)%]than that of healthy controls[(5.9 ±5.0)%](t=5.128,P<0.001).The percentages of G-MDSCs and the expression of CD 73 on G-MDSCs didn't correlate to pathologic types , differentiation , clinical stages and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05);The percentages of M-MDSCs in peripheral blood of cervical cancer patients had the re-lationship with clinical stages(F=9.566,P=0.001).The expression of CD73 on M-MDSCs in cervical cancer patients had the relationship with lymph node metastasis and clinical stages (t/F=7.664,2.419,P<0.05).Conclusion:Higher per-centages of MDSCs may contribute to the occurrence of cervical cancer , the higher expression of M-MDSCs may be related to the disease progression .CD73 may be an important molecules for the immunosuppression of MDSCs .
