目的:建立采用高效液相色谱法同时测定膀胱镜胶中利多卡因与羟苯乙酯含量的方法。方法:采用DI-ONEX Acclaim PA2柱(250.0 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液(10 mmol/L,pH 7.2)-甲醇(体积比350砄650)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃,利多卡因的检测波长为220 nm,羟苯乙酯为256 nm。结果:利多卡因的线性范围为100.8-1008.0 mg/L,r=0.9997,加标回收率为99.1%-101.5%, RSD小于2.0%;羟苯乙酯的线性范围为20.0-200.6 mg/L,r=0.9995,加标回收率为98.8%~100.1%,RSD小于2.0%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于膀胱镜胶中利多卡因与羟苯乙酯含量的同时测定。

목적:건립채용고효액상색보법동시측정방광경효중리다잡인여간분을지함량적방법。방법:채용DI-ONEX Acclaim PA2주(250.0 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),이린산염완충액(10 mmol/L,pH 7.2)-갑순(체적비350결650)위류동상,류속위1.0 mL/min,주온위25℃,리다잡인적검측파장위220 nm,간분을지위256 nm。결과:리다잡인적선성범위위100.8-1008.0 mg/L,r=0.9997,가표회수솔위99.1%-101.5%, RSD소우2.0%;간분을지적선성범위위20.0-200.6 mg/L,r=0.9995,가표회수솔위98.8%~100.1%,RSD소우2.0%。결론:해방법간편、준학、중복성호,가용우방광경효중리다잡인여간분을지함량적동시측정。
To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneously determining lido-caine and ethylparaben in cystoscope mucilage .Methods:The column was DIONEX Acclaim PA2(250.0 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm).The mobile phase was composed of phosphate buffered saline (10 mmol/L, pH 7.2)-acetonitrile (V:V=350:650).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was 25℃.The detection wavelengths were 256 nm for ethylparaben and 220 nm for lidocaine .Results: The linear relationship of lidocaine was good in the range of 100 .8-1 008.0 mg/L, r=0.999 7.The recoveries were 99.1%-101.5%and RSD was less than 2.0%.The linear relationship of ethylparaben was good in the range of 20.0-200.6 mg/L, r=0.999 5.The recoveries were 98.8%-100.1% and RSD was less than 2.0%.Conclusion:This method is simple and believable with repeatability .It can be effectively used for the quality control in cystoscope mucilage .
