Cerium oxide is an important and cheap rare earth compounds,it is widely applied in catalysis,its ca-talysis reactivity can be improved when prepared into mesoporous materials, the scope of application can also be widened. The research progress on preparation of mesoporous cerium oxide via template method was reported,CeO2 mesoporous parameters were focused on mainly,the development trend of synthesis of mesoporous cerium oxide was also been proposed.
