国内某核电站第一次大修期间,检查发现重要厂用水系统( SEC)衬胶管道内部衬胶大面积脱落。厂用水系统为核安全相关系统,管道衬胶大面积脱落可能引起管道堵塞、腐蚀泄露、进而导致系统不可用,严重时导致机组停机。本文对厂用水管道衬胶脱落问题进行了现场调查、设计资料查询、检测分析,讨论了橡胶衬里脱落的原因。
國內某覈電站第一次大脩期間,檢查髮現重要廠用水繫統( SEC)襯膠管道內部襯膠大麵積脫落。廠用水繫統為覈安全相關繫統,管道襯膠大麵積脫落可能引起管道堵塞、腐蝕洩露、進而導緻繫統不可用,嚴重時導緻機組停機。本文對廠用水管道襯膠脫落問題進行瞭現場調查、設計資料查詢、檢測分析,討論瞭橡膠襯裏脫落的原因。

A domestic nuclear power plant during the overhaul for the first time,by Inspection found that Essen-tial Service Water ( SEC) rubber lining pipeline internal rubber lining drop in large area. Essential Service Water as nuclear safety related systems,Pipe lining rubber peeling problem may cause blockage,corrosion leakage,leading to system available or machine stop. In this paper,Essential Service Water pipe lining rubber peeling problems were studied by spot investigation,design data query and testing analysis. The cause of the rubber lining drop was dis-cussed.
