目的:探讨除草剂2,4-D丁酯对金鱼血清过氧化物酶(POD)和酯酶(EST)同酶的影响。方法:根据半数致死浓度,设置0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mL/L 4个浓度组及0.9%生理盐水对照组,每个浓度组按0.1 mL/g腹腔注射金鱼,染毒24 h,断尾取血,离心,取上清液,聚丙烯酰胺方法检测金鱼血清POD和EST同工酶活性,实验数据采用ANOVA分析。结果:与对照组相比,2,4-D丁酯在0.5、1.5和2.0 mL/L浓度时可抑制金鱼血清POD、EST同工酶活性(P<0.05),在1.0 mL/L浓度时可使金鱼血清EST同工酶活性增强(P<0.05)。2,4-D丁酯对EST同工酶迁移率的影响大于POD。结论:2,4-D丁酯对金鱼血清POD和EST同工酶活性均有影响,2,4-D丁酯可改变EST同工酶的迁移率。

목적:탐토제초제2,4-D정지대금어혈청과양화물매(POD)화지매(EST)동매적영향。방법:근거반수치사농도,설치0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mL/L 4개농도조급0.9%생리염수대조조,매개농도조안0.1 mL/g복강주사금어,염독24 h,단미취혈,리심,취상청액,취병희선알방법검측금어혈청POD화EST동공매활성,실험수거채용ANOVA분석。결과:여대조조상비,2,4-D정지재0.5、1.5화2.0 mL/L농도시가억제금어혈청POD、EST동공매활성(P<0.05),재1.0 mL/L농도시가사금어혈청EST동공매활성증강(P<0.05)。2,4-D정지대EST동공매천이솔적영향대우POD。결론:2,4-D정지대금어혈청POD화EST동공매활성균유영향,2,4-D정지가개변EST동공매적천이솔。
To explore the effect of herbicide 2, 4-D butyl ester on the expressions of peroxidase (POD) and esterase (EST) in Carassius auratus serum. METHODS:0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 mL/L concentrations of 2,4-D butyl ester (according to its 24 h LC50) and 0.9%saline control group were prepared. Carassius auratus received intraperitoneal injection of 0.1 mL/g dose of each concentration. Tail blood of Carassius auratus and the supernatant of centrifugation were collected after 24 h. SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to test the toxicity on POD and EST. The experimental data were analysed with ANOVA. RESULTS:POD and EST enzyme activities were inhibited at low concentrations(0.5 mL/L),induced at medium concentrations(1.0 mL/L) and decreased at high concentrations(1.5,2.0 mL/L). Compared with the control group. the effect of 2,4-d butyl ester on migration rate of EST isoenzyme was greater than POD. CONCLUSION:2,4-D butyl ester affected the activities of POD and EST in Carassius auratus and 2,4-d butyl ester changed the EST isoenzyme mobility.
