通过研究在夏季温度较高条件下进行水泥施工时石膏掺量对复合硅酸盐水泥的强度及凝结时间的影响,找出石膏中三氧化硫的最佳掺量。试验结果表明:石膏掺量在一定范围内,既可显著延长水泥凝结时间,又可提高水泥3 d及28 d抗压强度;反之,水泥的凝结时间和强度会重新降低。
通過研究在夏季溫度較高條件下進行水泥施工時石膏摻量對複閤硅痠鹽水泥的彊度及凝結時間的影響,找齣石膏中三氧化硫的最佳摻量。試驗結果錶明:石膏摻量在一定範圍內,既可顯著延長水泥凝結時間,又可提高水泥3 d及28 d抗壓彊度;反之,水泥的凝結時間和彊度會重新降低。
통과연구재하계온도교고조건하진행수니시공시석고참량대복합규산염수니적강도급응결시간적영향,조출석고중삼양화류적최가참량。시험결과표명:석고참량재일정범위내,기가현저연장수니응결시간,우가제고수니3 d급28 d항압강도;반지,수니적응결시간화강도회중신강저。
Under the condition of high temperature in summer , the influence of gypsum content on the strength and setting time of the composite portland cement was studied during the cement construction , and the best dosage of gypsum in cement was determined .It showed that the mixing amount of gypsum within a certain range ,could significantly extend the setting time ,and improve the compressive strength of cement in 3 days and 28 days.On the other hand ,the setting time and strength of the cement would reduce.
