腰果仁具有很高的营养价值。采用优质腰果仁为原料,对水剂法萃取腰果仁油的萃取工艺进行研究。结果表明,适宜工艺条件为:兑水温度80℃、兑水料液比1∶3、离心力6000 r/min,最后的得油率为34.86%。

요과인구유흔고적영양개치。채용우질요과인위원료,대수제법췌취요과인유적췌취공예진행연구。결과표명,괄의공예조건위:태수온도80℃、태수료액비1∶3、리심력6000 r/min,최후적득유솔위34.86%。
Cashew nuts have high nutritional value .It used the high quality cashew nut as raw material , and the water extraction process of cashew nut oil were studied .The results showed that the suitable process conditions were as follows:the water temperature 80℃,the material liquid than 1∶3 ,the centrifu gal force 6000 r/min,and the oil rate was 34.86%.
