This article describes the principle, structure, design calculation and attention in manufacture of high efficient transverse flow coalescence plate oil remover for oil-bearing sewage. The combination of ruffled wing plate and oil-rising tube is the most important structure of the oil remover, which can separate oil from water effectively, avoiding the oil-water remixing in inclined lfow oil remover. The sealed container also can reduce oil-gas volatilization when the temperature is higher than usual, so this kind of oil remover is of high efifciency.
