目的：观察胸腺五肽治疗老年带状疱疹的疗效及安全性。方法：48例门诊老年带状疱疹患者，分为治疗组和对照组，除常规抗病毒、营养神经治疗外，治疗组给以胸腺五肽2 mg隔日肌注，共7次。结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组，两组患者总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.022<0.05)，治疗中未出现不良反应。结论：胸腺五肽治疗带状疱疹可以缩短病程，提高疗效，且安全性好。

목적：관찰흉선오태치료노년대상포진적료효급안전성。방법：48례문진노년대상포진환자，분위치료조화대조조，제상규항병독、영양신경치료외，치료조급이흉선오태2 mg격일기주，공7차。결과：치료조료효우우대조조，량조환자총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의(P=0.022<0.05)，치료중미출현불량반응。결론：흉선오태치료대상포진가이축단병정，제고료효，차안전성호。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and security of thymopentin in treating aging patients with herpes zoster.Method:Fourty eight cases of aging patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(26 cases) and the control group(22 cases),all patients received fundamental antivirus and nerve-trophic treatment,and Thymopentin was added to the treatment group patients as 2 mg ,every 2 days for intramuscular injection for 7 times.Result:The efficacy of the treatment group surpassed the control group,the difference between the total efficacy rates of the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.022<0.05),no adverse reaction was found in the treatment group.Conclusion:Thymopentin is effective and safe in treating aging herpes zoster patients.
