目的：观察麻黄碱预防剖宫产术仰卧位低血压综合征的临床效果。方法选择420例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象，随机分为观察组及对照组各210例，产妇进入手术室后静脉进行开放后对照组麻醉前快速滴入乳酸钠林格液500 mL，实施腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉；观察组肌注麻黄碱20 mg，然后实施腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉。结果2组产妇均顺利完成手术，术前平均动脉压、心率无显著性差异（P>0.05）；观察组术中平均动脉压高于对照组，心率、低血压发生率、不良反应低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论预防性注射麻黄碱可以明显减少腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉低血压的发生率及血压的下降幅度，使剖宫产产妇在整个手术过程中血压、心率处于平稳状态，有显著的临床应用价值。
목적：관찰마황감예방부궁산술앙와위저혈압종합정적림상효과。방법선택420례부궁산산부작위연구대상，수궤분위관찰조급대조조각210례，산부진입수술실후정맥진행개방후대조조마취전쾌속적입유산납림격액500 mL，실시요마-경막외연합마취；관찰조기주마황감20 mg，연후실시요마-경막외연합마취。결과2조산부균순리완성수술，술전평균동맥압、심솔무현저성차이（P>0.05）；관찰조술중평균동맥압고우대조조，심솔、저혈압발생솔、불량반응저우대조조（P<0.01）。결론예방성주사마황감가이명현감소요마-경막외연합마취저혈압적발생솔급혈압적하강폭도，사부궁산산부재정개수술과정중혈압、심솔처우평은상태，유현저적림상응용개치。
Objective To explore the prevention of ephedrine cesarean section supine position hypotension syndrome clinical effect. Methods 420 cases of maternal delivery as the research case,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 210 cases in each group,observe the anesthetic before instillation of sodium lactate Ringer's solution group 500 mL pregnant women after entering operation room vein after opening,joint implementation of spinal and epidural anesthesia,the observation group intramuscular ephedrine 20 mg,then the implementation of joint spinal and epidural anesthesia. Results Two groups were successfully completed the operation,preoperative mean arterial pressure,heart rate no significant difference (P>0.05);the mean arterial blood pressure group higher than that of the control group;heart rate,the incidence of hypotension,adverse reaction slower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion prophylactic administration of ephedrine can significantly reduce the spinal epidural anesthesia in the incidence of hypotension and blood pressure drop,the patient is in stable state in the whole operation process blood pressure,heart rate,has significant value in clinical application.
