目的：探讨固尔苏预防新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）的有效性和安全性。方法将80例胎龄28周~32周，出生体重1000~1500 g的高危早产儿根据家属是否同意应用固尔苏分为试验组与对照组，每组40例。试验组均经家属同意后在患儿出生后4 h内预防性应用固尔苏，对照组未用，2组均给予相同的综合治疗。比较2组NRDS发生率、主要并发症发生率、转归及氧疗情况以及住院时间的差异。结果试验组NRDS发生率、治愈率、病死率、并发症中肺炎发生率、氧疗方式及时间、住院时间与对照组比较均有显著性差异（P<0.05），且用药无明显不良反应。结论高危早产儿应用固尔苏可以有效预防NRDS的发生，减轻NRDS的程度，提高治愈率，减少并发症，降低病死率，缩短病程及住院时间，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토고이소예방신생인호흡군박종합정（NRDS）적유효성화안전성。방법장80례태령28주~32주，출생체중1000~1500 g적고위조산인근거가속시부동의응용고이소분위시험조여대조조，매조40례。시험조균경가속동의후재환인출생후4 h내예방성응용고이소，대조조미용，2조균급여상동적종합치료。비교2조NRDS발생솔、주요병발증발생솔、전귀급양료정황이급주원시간적차이。결과시험조NRDS발생솔、치유솔、병사솔、병발증중폐염발생솔、양료방식급시간、주원시간여대조조비교균유현저성차이（P<0.05），차용약무명현불량반응。결론고위조산인응용고이소가이유효예방NRDS적발생，감경NRDS적정도，제고치유솔，감소병발증，강저병사솔，축단병정급주원시간，안전성고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the application of Curosurf in preventing neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) is effective and safety. Methods 80 cases of gestational age 28-32 weeks, birth weight infants according to 1 000~1 500 g family members agree that Curosurf replacement were divided into experimental group and control group , 40 cases in each group, the experimental group were treated with families agree in children born within 4 hours after the preventive application of Curosurf,the control group did not use, two groups were given comprehensive the same treatment, compared two groups of NRDS differences in the incidence,main complications,prognosis and oxygen therapy and hospitalization. Results in the experimental group, the incidence rate of NRDS,the cure rate, mortality, complications of pneumonia incidence rate,oxygen therapy and time, hospitalization time had significant difference (P<0.05), no significant adverse reactions and drug use. Conclusion High risk premature application of Curosurf effectively prevent NRDS,reduce the degree of NRDS,improve the cure rate, reduce complications,reduce the mortality rate, shorten the course of disease and hospitalization time,high security,is worthy of clinical application.
