针对校企合作过程中存在的问题，对校企合作运行管理体制进行了研究与实践。围绕学校人才培养和企业发展，本着合作共赢的原则，建立了校企合作运行管理机制，保障校企合作双方的利益，规范校企共建实验室的运行管理，促进校企合作的健康持续发展。
針對校企閤作過程中存在的問題，對校企閤作運行管理體製進行瞭研究與實踐。圍繞學校人纔培養和企業髮展，本著閤作共贏的原則，建立瞭校企閤作運行管理機製，保障校企閤作雙方的利益，規範校企共建實驗室的運行管理，促進校企閤作的健康持續髮展。
침대교기합작과정중존재적문제，대교기합작운행관리체제진행료연구여실천。위요학교인재배양화기업발전，본착합작공영적원칙，건립료교기합작운행관리궤제，보장교기합작쌍방적이익，규범교기공건실험실적운행관리，촉진교기합작적건강지속발전。
In view of the existing problems in the process of cooperation ,this article studies and practices the cooperative operation management system on training , school and enterprise development , the spirit of cooperation and win-win principle , to establish the cooperation between school and enterprise operation management mechanism of school enterprise cooperation , safeguard the interests of both sides , standard operation management mechanism of established laboratories ,and promote health sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation .
