Through carrying out the certification and accreditation work of judicial authentication institutions , optimizing the judicial resources of the original colleges , and rationalizing the management system of the judicial authentication institutions , consequently promotion and improvement in the college laboratory teaching ,scientific research and social service ability will be achieved ,and the requirements of the certification and accreditation of laboratory in higher education will be realized ,which is the active role of certification and accreditation work .Through laboratory metrology accreditation ,the application of equipment ,talents ,and management resources is improved and optimized ,promoting the scientific research and related disciplines , which can effectively improve internal management level of the identification institutions and identifying quality .
