以实验室安全与环保典型事故为例，阐述了高校实验室安全与环保管理工作对于师生员工的生命及财产安全的重要性。运用SWOT分析法对高校生化类实验室安全与环保管理工作的内外部环境因素进行了分析，指出高校生化类实验室安全与环保管理工作存在的优势和劣势、面临的机遇和威胁。以山东大学（威海）为例，基于该分析开展了卓有成效的研究和实践，提出了高校生化类实验室安全与环保管理工作的若干对策建议。

Taking typical accidents about laboratory safety and environmental protection as an example ,this paper elaborates on the importance of laboratory safety and environmental protection management in colleges and universities to the safety of the faculty’s and students’ life and property .With the SWOT analysis method defined , this paper by using the SWOT analysis method analyzes in detail the internal and external environmental factors about biochemical laboratory safety and environmental protection management in colleges and universities , and points out the advantages , disadvantages , opportunities and threats in biochemical laboratory safety and environmental protection management in colleges and universities . Taking Shandong University ( Weihai) as an example and based on the analysis ,the authors have conducted a very fruitful practice exploration ,and proposes several countermeasures for biochemical laboratory safety and environmental protection management in colleges and universities .
