物理光学实验采用的白光光源不仅耗能很大,而且容易出现灯箱温度过高、因光强衰减无法实验等问题。该文设计了一种光源聚光结构,它是由球面反射镜与透镜组组成,可以有效地将光源发出的光线聚集到实验系统中。首先,在Zemax软件中建立和优化光学系统模型,兼顾成本与制造工艺确定光学参数;然后,在T racepro软件中建立一个加载聚光结构的灯箱模型,通过模拟光源发光,得到观察面上的照度增强至3.5倍。这说明聚光结构能够有效地提升光源利用率,并使低功率光源代替高功率光源成为可能。

Currently ,the white light sources used in physical optics experiments not only make a great waste of energy ,but also easily cause the problems ,such as the high temperature of lightbox ,too much attenuation of the light intensity to do experiments .A condenser structure ,composed of the spherical reflector and the lens group ,is designed .It can be effective to gather the lights emitted from the light source into experimental system .At first ,a optical structure model is built and optimized by using Zemax software . The optical parameters are determined after taking into account the cost and manufacturing process .Next ,a model of lightbox with the condenser structure is built by using TracePro software .It is found that the illumination of the observation plane is enhanced to 3 .5 times by simulating the light source work .This indicates that the condenser structure can effectively enhance the utilization rate of the light source .It gives a possibility to use the low power light source instead of high power one .
