蛋黄卵磷脂有极高的营养和医学价值,传统的卵磷脂提取工艺提取效率低、试剂毒性大。该文在以往卵磷脂提取方法的基础上,进行了一些拓展性的探索,从溶剂种类、浸泡时间,提取方式、提取次数、溶剂用量5个方面进行对比实验,根据实验结果得出了卵磷脂最佳提取条件。
蛋黃卵燐脂有極高的營養和醫學價值,傳統的卵燐脂提取工藝提取效率低、試劑毒性大。該文在以往卵燐脂提取方法的基礎上,進行瞭一些拓展性的探索,從溶劑種類、浸泡時間,提取方式、提取次數、溶劑用量5箇方麵進行對比實驗,根據實驗結果得齣瞭卵燐脂最佳提取條件。

Lecithin in yolk has high nutritional and medical value .The traditional method of extracting lecithin in yolk is inefficient and the reagent has more toxic .Based on former method of extracting lecithin ,this article introduces some expanded explorations . Contrast tests are done from the fol owing five aspects :different types of solvent ;steeping time;extracting method;number of extracting times;and amount of solvent .The best extraction condition will be concluded based on the experiment .
