针对目前柴油机的拆装、演示等实验项目没有专门的多功能实验台，设计了一种循环轨道式柴油机拆装实验装置。该装置主要包括机架平台、起吊装置、闭环循环轨道、闭环传动链条、滚动旋转部件和驱动装置等，该装置集起吊、安放与循环转动功能为一体，实现了柴油机全方位的拆装和演示，不仅扩展了实践教学项目，而且提高了实践教学效果，有一定的应用价值和推广前景。

This article introduces the type of circular orbit experimental device ,which was designed ,mainly including the rack platform ,the lifting device ,the closed-loop cycle track ,the closed-loop driving chain ,the rolling device , the driving device , etc ., and implementing the all-around disassembly and demonstration experimental projects for diesel with the function of lifting and cycle moving ,not only extending the practical teaching projects ,but also improving the practical teaching effectiveness ,and having a certain application value and a good prospect .
