实验室开放是高校实践教学改革的重要内容。科学有效的“实验室开放管理机制”，是高校推行综合性、设计性、创新性实验教学培养新时期创新人才的重要保证，需要教学管理部门与实验室管理机构及各学科团队密切配合、共同推动，开展多种形式的课内、课外开放性实践教学的探索与实践，为大学生搭建自主、开放的实验教学与创新平台。

Laboratory opening is an important component of the practice teaching reform in colleges and universities .A scientific and effective“Laboratory Opening Mechanism” is an important guarantee of carrying out the comprehensive ,designable and innovative practice teaching ,and it is also important for the training of the innovative talents in the new period .It demands close cooperation and promotion between the teaching management department ,the laboratory management organization and scientific research teams .It is necessary to carry out various exploration and practice of the open practice teaching both in and out of class for establishing independent and open experimental teaching and innovative platforms for university students .
