利用PLC和M CGS混合编程,建立了双容水箱液位控制系统的仿真数学模型,详述了基于 PLC的PID控制程序实现方法,对实验得到的控制曲线进行了分析,取得了良好的控制效果。该系统可以在仿真实验与实物实验之间实现功能互补、交叉融合,并且稳定性好、成本低,使用方便,形象直观,容易升级,为研究性学习提供了良好的基础平台。
利用PLC和M CGS混閤編程,建立瞭雙容水箱液位控製繫統的倣真數學模型,詳述瞭基于 PLC的PID控製程序實現方法,對實驗得到的控製麯線進行瞭分析,取得瞭良好的控製效果。該繫統可以在倣真實驗與實物實驗之間實現功能互補、交扠融閤,併且穩定性好、成本低,使用方便,形象直觀,容易升級,為研究性學習提供瞭良好的基礎平檯。

The design process of double-capacity water tank-level control simulation and reality experiment system based on PLC is mainly introduced .Based on mixed programming of PLC and MCGS ,the simulation mathematical model of double-capacity water tank-level control system is established .The realization method of PID control program based on PLC is described in detail ,and the monitoring interface of upper computer is obtained .The actual operation process shows that between simulation experiment and reality experiment of this system ,there are characteristics of functional complementation ,crossing and fusion .The control curves obtained from the experiment are analyzed ,and results show that the control effect is good .The practice has proved that this system is well stable ,low cost ,easy to use ,intuitive image ,easy to update and expand .It fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of the participants ,and provides a good platform for their research learning .
