在高风险岩溶隧道注浆材料的研制中,为了确定水下抗分散剂的种类、掺量,初选了2种水下抗分散剂 P,H,通过直观观察优选出一种 H,再通过测试不同掺量下试件的强度,确定掺量大小。最后通过 pH 值测试、水陆强度比试验评价水下抗分散性能。结果表明,掺入适量的 H 后,浆液水下抗分散性能良好,有利于封堵高压、富水岩溶区的突水、涌泥。

In order to determine the types and volumes of underwater anti-washout admixture in devel-oping grouting material for high risk karst tunnel,two kinds of underwater anti-washout admixtures P and H were primarily chosen.Anti-washout admixture H was selected with visual observation,fol-lowed by the test of specimen strength under different volume to determine the volume size,and then the experiments of pH value and strength ratio tests with and without water to evaluate the underwa-ter anti-washout performance.The result shows that the grouting material has a good underwater an-ti-washout performance with moderate H,which benefits for plugging water inrush and pouring mud in high water pressure and water-enriched region.
