为探讨微量元素对苦丁茶冬青新稍生长和生理特性的影响,对生长一致的植株修剪后,依据试验地土壤养分状况,喷施一定浓度的铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)和硼(B),20d后,摘取新稍,测定其生长和生理指标。结果表明,各处理都不同程度地抑制了苦丁茶冬青新稍的伸长,Mn处理能显著增加叶长,Zn处理能显著增加叶长和叶宽,B处理能同时增加叶片的长度和宽度但差异未达显著水平。Cu、Zn处理能显著提高叶片叶绿素含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。

Field experiments were carried out to investigate the influence of different microelements on sprouts growth and physiological characteristics of Ilex latifolia. We pruned the plants which in the same situation, then according to the soil nutrition content, sprayed Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn and B solutions,respectively. The growth and physiological characteristics of the new targets were measured after application of the microelements 20 days. The results showed that application of all these microelements can decrease the sprout growth;Mn can significantly increase the leaf length;Zn increase the width;B can enhance both length and width , but the olifference was not significount; chlorophyll content and SOD activity were obviously increased by application of Cu and Zn.
