目的:建立HPLC法同时测定毛冬青胶囊中具栖冬青苷和毛冬青酸含量的方法,并对3个批次毛冬青胶囊中上述两种化合物进行定量分析。方法:Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长215 nm,柱温40℃,流速1.0 mL·min-1,进样量20μL。结果:具栖冬青苷和毛冬青酸的线性范围分别为1.22~521.1μg· mL-1(r=0.9995)、1.23~289.6μg·mL-1(r=0.9991),加样回收率分别为99.24%(RSD=0.68%)、99.53%(RSD=0.85%)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可为毛冬青胶囊提供质量控制依据。

목적:건립HPLC법동시측정모동청효낭중구서동청감화모동청산함량적방법,병대3개비차모동청효낭중상술량충화합물진행정량분석。방법:Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)색보주,류동상위갑순-0.2%린산수용액,제도세탈,검측파장215 nm,주온40℃,류속1.0 mL·min-1,진양량20μL。결과:구서동청감화모동청산적선성범위분별위1.22~521.1μg· mL-1(r=0.9995)、1.23~289.6μg·mL-1(r=0.9991),가양회수솔분별위99.24%(RSD=0.68%)、99.53%(RSD=0.85%)。결론:해방법간편、준학、중복성호,가위모동청효낭제공질량공제의거。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of pedunculoside and ilexolic acid in Maodongqing capsules. Methods: The separation was carried out at 40 ℃ on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 (4.6 mm ×150 mm, 5μm) column with methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid as a mobile phase in a gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the injection volume was 20 μL. The detection wavelength was set at 215 nm. Results: Pedunculoside showed a good linear relationship at the range of 1.22~521.1μg·mL-1 (r=0.9995), the average recovery was 99.24% with RSD 0.68%. Ilexolic acid showed a good linear relationship at the range of 1.23~289.6 μg·mL-1 (r=0.9991), the average recovery was 99.53%with RSD 0.85%. Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for quality control of Maodongqing capsules.
