针对某轿车白车身概念设计要求,建立了白车身静态刚度试验测试系统并提出了理论计算方法,利用该测试系统对该轿车白车身的弯曲刚度和扭转刚度进行了试验测试,得到了静态工况下的刚度及关键部位的刚度变化规律,试验测试结果与实际CAE计算结果吻合。找到了该轿车白车身刚度不足的问题,从而指出了该车型概念设计阶段的改进方向。
針對某轎車白車身概唸設計要求,建立瞭白車身靜態剛度試驗測試繫統併提齣瞭理論計算方法,利用該測試繫統對該轎車白車身的彎麯剛度和扭轉剛度進行瞭試驗測試,得到瞭靜態工況下的剛度及關鍵部位的剛度變化規律,試驗測試結果與實際CAE計算結果吻閤。找到瞭該轎車白車身剛度不足的問題,從而指齣瞭該車型概唸設計階段的改進方嚮。

In this paper, static stiffness test system was established and theoretical calculation method was proposed based on conceptual design requirement of a car body-in-white (BIW). Bending stiffness and torsional stiffness of the car BIW were tested with this test system, and change rules of the static stiffness and key part stiffness of BIW in static bending conditions were obtained, test results coincides with the real CAE calculation results. Insufficient stiffness of the car BIW is found, pointing out the direction of improvement of this car model in conceptual design stage.
