对某轿车配备与否动力减振器的排气系统进行模态试验对比分析,得出合理加装有阻尼动力减振器能通过减少或消除单一频率下排气系统对车身的激励,进而改善轿车NVH性能的结论。针对某车型排气系统中部断裂问题,根据模态试验结果设计了一款无阻尼动力减振器,将其设计为空腔内加装沙粒作为阻尼材料。将该减振器安装在消声器输入端后试验,取得了良好效果。

A car with tuned mass damper in exhaust system of a car is compared with a car with no tuned mass damper in the exhaust system with modal test, and it is concluded that an optimized tuned mass damper could reduce or eliminate excitation to the body from the exhaust system in single frequency and improve the NVH performance. Based on modal test results, a tuned mass damper, in which the cavity is filled with sand as damping material, is designed to solve the breakage problem of an exhaust system. This damper, which is installed to the rear end of the muffler is tested, very good effect is achieved.
