以中国专利数据库中收录的风力发电技术领域专利数据为研究样本,利用社会网络分析方法对该领域专利合著网络结构特征和连通体中心性进行计量分析,以探测其技术研发绩效水平、科研合作状况与核心技术人员分布等,进而提出一些有关未来该领域技术研发与科技人才发掘评价的建议,为相关研究提供必要的参考。
以中國專利數據庫中收錄的風力髮電技術領域專利數據為研究樣本,利用社會網絡分析方法對該領域專利閤著網絡結構特徵和連通體中心性進行計量分析,以探測其技術研髮績效水平、科研閤作狀況與覈心技術人員分佈等,進而提齣一些有關未來該領域技術研髮與科技人纔髮掘評價的建議,為相關研究提供必要的參攷。

Based on the wind power patents in China Patent Information Database, this paper constructs a Patent Co-author Network ( PCN) of this specific field, and analyzes the degree distribution, cohesion, connectivity and other basic characteristics of the PCN. The degree distribution of the PCN follows power law; the network possesses notable clustering and follows small world features. There is a maximal connected subgraph in the PCN and the subgraph belongs to General Electric Company. Groups of core authors in the subgraph are discovered by centrality analysis. General Electric Company needs to work hard in training more core authors and in strengthening the relationships among the authors.
