RTA、Yapp and Yaliv indi-cators were constructed to comprehensively reflect analytic subjects' technological competitive strength from technical strength, technical cumulative degree and patent quality. Based on this model, technical leaders, technical followers and technical participants can also be i-dentified in different fields of technology which can give suggestions for policy makers and enterprises to make R&D and marketing strategy and industry policy.
