建立基于邻苯二甲醛( o-phthalaldehyde , OPA)柱前衍生的高效液相色谱法( high performance liquid chromato-graphy, HPLC),测定了稻米中γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid, GABA)的含量。结果显示:用三氯乙酸作为提取溶剂的效果最好;检测限为0.5 mg/L,提取回收率为79.1%~101.5%;巨胚糙米的GABA含量显著高于常规胚糙米的,发芽后巨胚糙米的GABA积累量也高于常规胚糙米的。
建立基于鄰苯二甲醛( o-phthalaldehyde , OPA)柱前衍生的高效液相色譜法( high performance liquid chromato-graphy, HPLC),測定瞭稻米中γ-氨基丁痠(γ-aminobutyric acid, GABA)的含量。結果顯示:用三氯乙痠作為提取溶劑的效果最好;檢測限為0.5 mg/L,提取迴收率為79.1%~101.5%;巨胚糙米的GABA含量顯著高于常規胚糙米的,髮芽後巨胚糙米的GABA積纍量也高于常規胚糙米的。
건립기우린분이갑철( o-phthalaldehyde , OPA)주전연생적고효액상색보법( high performance liquid chromato-graphy, HPLC),측정료도미중γ-안기정산(γ-aminobutyric acid, GABA)적함량。결과현시:용삼록을산작위제취용제적효과최호;검측한위0.5 mg/L,제취회수솔위79.1%~101.5%;거배조미적GABA함량현저고우상규배조미적,발아후거배조미적GABA적루량야고우상규배조미적。
The high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) method based on pre-column derivatization with o -phthal-aldehyde (OPA) was established, and it was used to determine the content of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in rice.The results indicated that trichloroacetic acid used as solvent had the best extract effect ;the detection limit of this method was 0.5 mg/L, and the recoveries were 79.1%~101.5%;the content of GABA in brown rice with giant embryo was significantly higher than that in brown rice with normal embryo;after germination, the accumulation of GABA content in brown rice with giant embryo was also high-er than that in brown rice with normal embryo .
