采用逆转录PCR、电泳检测等方法，成功克隆得到了猪的Lipin 1、Lipin 2和Lipin 3基因。这3个基因与小鼠的相应基因均具有较高的同源性，达83．2％～86．7％。组织分布结果显示：Lipin 1广泛分布在猪的多种组织中，但Lipin 2和Lipin 3仅在肌肉、肺、回肠和脾中有分布。

The genes Lipin 1, Lipin 2 and Lipin 3 in pig were successfully cloned by using the methods of RT -PCR and elec-trophoresis detection .The sequence of these three genes in pig had higher homology with that of the corresponding gene in mice , reaching 83.2%~86.7%.The analysis of tissue distribution showed that Lipin 1 ubiquitously expressed in various pig tissues test-ed, but Lipin 2 and Lipin 3 only expressed in the spleen , lungs, lleum and muscle .
