采集了我国河南、安徽、广东、江西及湖南5个烤烟主产区的烟叶样品，对其化学成分进行测定，分析了我国烤烟主产区烟叶化学成分的含量特征，并对烟区间的烟叶化学成分含量进行了差异分析和相似性分析。结果表明，我国烤烟主产区烟叶的化学成分含量基本符合烤烟质量标准，但是离优质烟叶标准还有很大的差距；各产区烟叶化学成分含量及其协调性都有很大的差异，还原糖、总糖、钾、烟碱含量及钾氯比的差异较显著。广东和湖南的烟叶化学成分含量较为相似，河南与江西相近，安徽的与其他产区的差异最大。
채집료아국하남、안휘、엄동、강서급호남5개고연주산구적연협양품，대기화학성분진행측정，분석료아국고연주산구연협화학성분적함량특정，병대연구간적연협화학성분함량진행료차이분석화상사성분석。결과표명，아국고연주산구연협적화학성분함량기본부합고연질량표준，단시리우질연협표준환유흔대적차거；각산구연협화학성분함량급기협조성도유흔대적차이，환원당、총당、갑、연감함량급갑록비적차이교현저。엄동화호남적연협화학성분함량교위상사，하남여강서상근，안휘적여기타산구적차이최대。
The contents of main chemical compositions in tobacco leaves collected from five main flue -cured tobacco produc-tion regions (Henan, Anhui, Guangdong, Jiangxi and Hunan) were tested, and their characteristics as well as their difference and similarity among different regions were analyzed .The results showed that the contents of main chemical compositions in tobacco leav-es in main flue-cured tobacco production regions of China basically accorded with the quality standards of flue -cured tobacco , but there was a big gap between them and the standards of good -quality tobacco leaf .There were great differences in the content and harmony of chemical compositions among different regions , especially the contents of reducing sugar , total sugar , potassium and nic-otine as well as potassium -chlorine ratio were significantly different .For the contents of main chemical compositions in tobacco leaves from different regions , Guangdong was similar to Hunan , and Henan was close to Jiangxi , while there was the greatest differ-ence between Anhui and other regions .
