通过盆栽实验,研究了不同盐浓度胁迫下狼尾蕨及其体细胞耐盐突变体NY-7的5个生理指标,并应用模糊隶属函数法对其耐盐性进行了综合评价。结果显示:随着NaCl浓度的升高和胁迫时间的延长,NY-7的叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量下降,脯氨酸含量、SOD活性均没有显著变化,MDA含量有所增加;而狼尾蕨的叶绿素含量显著降低,SOD活性、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白和MDA含量均显著增加;NY-7的耐盐性高于狼尾蕨。
通過盆栽實驗,研究瞭不同鹽濃度脅迫下狼尾蕨及其體細胞耐鹽突變體NY-7的5箇生理指標,併應用模糊隸屬函數法對其耐鹽性進行瞭綜閤評價。結果顯示:隨著NaCl濃度的升高和脅迫時間的延長,NY-7的葉綠素和可溶性蛋白含量下降,脯氨痠含量、SOD活性均沒有顯著變化,MDA含量有所增加;而狼尾蕨的葉綠素含量顯著降低,SOD活性、脯氨痠、可溶性蛋白和MDA含量均顯著增加;NY-7的耐鹽性高于狼尾蕨。

Using Davallia bullata and its salt-tolerant somatic cell mutant NY -7 as experimental materials , we studied their 5 physiological indexes under different salt concentrations stress through pot experiments , and comprehensively evaluated their salt tolerance by using fuzzy subordinate function method .The results showed that:when salt concentration increased and stress time ex-tended, the contents of both leaf chlorophyll and soluble protein showed the trend of declining in salt -tolerant mutant NY-7, while its proline content and SOD activity did not present significant changes , and its content of MDA increased slightly .In comparison with NY-7, the leaf chlorophyll content of Davallia bullata significant decreased , and its SOD activity and the contents of proline , soluble protein and MDA significantly increased .The comprehensive evaluation of five physiological indexes suggested that the salt tolerance of NY-7 was higher than that of Davallia bullata.
