作为一种优势互补的创新组织形式，产学研合作是提升企业自主创新的重要模式，是加快地区经济发展的有效途径，是提高地区核心竞争力的有效手段。山西省自20世纪80年代实施产学研合作至今，根据自身的实际状况，因地制宜地开展了富有成效的实践，取得了很大的成就，但由于种种原因，山西省产学研在合作中尚存在不少问题。从山西省产学研的实际状况着手，对山西省产学研合作中的相关问题进行分析，在此基础上针对性地提出加快山西省产学研合作发展的对策。

As a kind of innovation organization form which has complementary advantages , production-study-research cooperation is an important mode which can promote the independent innovation of enterprise , and an ef-fective way to speed up regional economic development and to promote regional core competitiveness.From 1980 s to now, Shanxi province has carried out productive practices and has made great achievements according to the ac -tual situation .Nevertheless, because of all kinds of reasons , there still have a lot of problem in Shanxi province ’ s production-study-research cooperation.Beginning with the actual situation , this paper analyze the related is-sues in Shanxi province ’ s production -study -research cooperation and put forward targetedly the corresponding countermeasure for speeding up the development of Shanxi province ’ s production-study-research cooperation.
