选取了2006～2010年宣城市120个农村土地整治验收项目，并采用LMDI模型从经济、社会和生态3个方面建立了指标体系计算土地整治综合效益，分析了效益的时间变化及其相关影响因素。研究发现：（1）土地整治综合效益受经济、社会和生态效益共同影响，与规模经济呈正相关；（2）因整治方向和重点不同，不同时期影响土地整治的因素有较大差异；（3）不能仅以新增耕地率为约束性指标，还应实质考虑耕地质量和生态环境，在土地整治活动中应增加农村基础设施投入。

The author selected 120 rural land consolidation items for acceptance in Xuancheng city during 2006~2010, used LMDI model to establish the index system for calculating the comprehensive benefits of land consolidation from economic , social and ecological aspects , and then analyzed the temporal variation of benefit and its related influencing factors .The study found that the comprehensive benefit of land consolidation was influenced by economic , social and ecological benefits together , and it was positive-ly correlated with the scale economy .Because of different directions and focuses of land consolidation , the factors affecting land con-solidation in different times had significant difference .The rate of newly-increased farmland should not be used as the only binding indictor, we should also consider the quality of cultivated land and ecological environment in real terms .In the land consolidation activities, we should increase the investment in rural infrastructure .
