针对柔性立管由于管道弯矩与曲率关系的非线性引起的动态时域分析问题,基于集中质量分析方法,考虑非线性弯曲刚度作为输入参数,建立柔性立管分析模型,进行管道拉力和曲率荷载的时域分析。对中国南海某1500 m水深的柔性立管算例进行了动态时域分析。分析结果表明:立管拉力随长度增加而减小,最大点发生在顶部,曲率在顶部和底部都有较大值,中间曲率较小;与考虑线性弯曲刚度的分析结果比较,考虑非线性弯曲刚度得到的顶部拉力荷载时程曲线几乎无变化,而顶部和底部的曲率荷载时程曲线变化较显著;考虑非线性弯曲刚度输入可以得到更为准确的柔性立管时域分析结果。

To investigate the dynamic time domain analysis of flexible risers due to the non-linear relationship of the bending moment and curvature of flexible pipes, the analysis model of flexible risers is established based on the lumped mass method. Non-linear bending stiffness is considered during the dynamic analysis of tension and curva-ture of the riser. A case study of a flexible riser at a depth of 1 500 meters in the South China Sea is presented. The results show that the tension load decreases with the increase in length, the maximum value occurs at the top point. The top and bottom points of the curvature have a larger value;the center length has the smaller curvature. When comparing the linear bending stiffness, the tension results are almost the same, but the curvatures are obviously dif-ferent when considering the non-linear bending stiffness. More accurate time domain analysis results of the flexible risers can be gained by considering the nonlinear bending stiffness input.
