目的：采用系统评价方法评价玉红膏治疗皮肤溃疡的有效性及安全性。方法：计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)，同时手工检索相关杂志及专业资料；时限为1979年1月至2012年9月；制定文献纳入标准，由2位评价员分别独立筛选及评价纳入的文献，提取文献基本信息数据，对每组研究进行异质性检验及合并统计量，进行Meta分析。结果：有9篇计数资料、4篇计量资料纳入研究，Meta分析结果显示，计数资料2组间比较差异具有统计学意义[OR=5.90，95%CI(3.13，11.10)]；计量资料结果显示，2组比较差异具有统计学意义[MD=-14.98，95%CI(-19.47，-10.50)]。结论：玉红膏可显著增加体表溃疡愈合率，缩短愈合时间；连续用药4周可认为基本安全。

Objective:To assess the effectiveness and the safety of YuHong ointment in treating skin ulcer by systematic evaluation method. Method: CBM, VIP and CNKI were searched, also professional information and relevant journals were performed with manual retrieval from January, 1979 to September, 2012, literature included standard was established, the literature was screened and assessed by two researchers independently, basic information data of the literature was extracted, all of the studies were performed with tests for heterogeneity, statistical quantity and Meta analysis. Result:The included literatures were nine pieces of writings about count and four pieces about measurement, and Meta analysis results showed that the difference had statistical meaning in count between both groups;[OR=5.90,95%CI(3.13,11.10)];measurement data results demonstrated that the comparison between both groups had statistical meaning [MD=-14.89,95%CI (-14.97,-10.50)]. Conclusion:YuHong ointment could significantly improve healing rate of skin ulcer, shorten the healing time; medication for four consecutive weeks could be considered to be safe basically.
