目的：探讨敦煌葆元膏对慢性疲劳综合征模型大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的影响，以了解敦煌葆元膏补肾功能的生理基础点。方法：将40只慢性疲劳模型大鼠随机分为高（4.2 g/kg)、中（1.4 g/kg)、低（0.7 g/kg)剂量组及模型对照组各10只，另设空白对照组10只，灌胃1周后大鼠股动脉采血检测血清中促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素（CRH）、五羟色胺（5-HT）以及皮质酮（Cort.）的含量。结果：敦煌葆元膏高、中、低剂量组血清CRH、5-HT以及Cort.含量较高，模型对照组与空白对照组含量较低。结论：敦煌葆元膏可能通过调节HPA中相关激素含量水平，激发其生理功能，从而发挥补肾的药理作用。
목적：탐토돈황보원고대만성피로종합정모형대서하구뇌-수체-신상선축적영향，이료해돈황보원고보신공능적생리기출점。방법：장40지만성피로모형대서수궤분위고（4.2 g/kg)、중（1.4 g/kg)、저（0.7 g/kg)제량조급모형대조조각10지，령설공백대조조10지，관위1주후대서고동맥채혈검측혈청중촉신상선피질격소석방격소（CRH）、오간색알（5-HT）이급피질동（Cort.）적함량。결과：돈황보원고고、중、저제량조혈청CRH、5-HT이급Cort.함량교고，모형대조조여공백대조조함량교저。결론：돈황보원고가능통과조절HPA중상관격소함량수평，격발기생리공능，종이발휘보신적약리작용。
Objective: To explore the effects of DunHuang BaoYuan ointment on hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis of the rats with chronic fatigue syndrome and know physiological basic points for kidney-nourishing of DunHuang BaoYuan ointment. Method:Forty rats were randomized into four groups:high (4.2 g/kg) dosage group, moderate (1.4g/kg) dosage group, low (0.7g/kg ) dosage group and model control group. Another ten rats were established as blank control group. After lavage for one week, the contents of corticosterone(Cort.), serotonin (5-HT) and corticotrophin releasing hormone (CRH) were detected in the serum of femoral blood. Result:The contents of CRH, 5-HT and Cort. were higher in the groups of high dosage, moderate dosage and low dosage. The contents of the indexes in model control group and blank control group were lower. Conclusion:DunHuang BaoYuan ointment could play the function of kidney-nourishing by regulating associated hormone level in PHA that motivates its physiological function.
