教育公平的诉求内含着人性的根基和社会的道德意向,既承担着社会的伦理责任,也要求着社会的伦理规范。在微观教育活动领域,教育公平意味着对作为理性存在者平等人格的尊重和人性尊严的维护;在中观教育事业领域,教育公平总是通过制度得以实现,其伦理的规范便需要通过正义的教育制度维护教育主体的权益和尊严;在宏观社会领域,教育的不公平源于社会的不公平,并引发不公平的代际延续,其伦理矫正在于对遭受不公正待遇的弱势群体、边缘群体等群体身份予以承认而免遭社会排斥,从而使其后代子女免遭校园侮辱和心理伤害。

The appeal to educational equality embodies the basis of the humanity and the moral inclinations of the society. It not only bears the ethical responsibility, but also demands social ethical regulations. In the field of micro-educational activities, equality means the respect for the equal persons and the maintenance of human dignity. In the field education itself, equality is always carried out by the institution, and ethical norms are maintained by respecting the individuals' rights and dignity through a just educational institution. In the society, as the social inequality will extend to education, social inequality could also bring unfairness for generations. In this case, the remedies to the inequality lie in defending the marginal social groups from unjust treatments and in guaranteeing that their children are free from campus humiliation and psychological harms.
