柔性应变传感器件可以作为智能纺织的敏感元件,在运动监测、医疗康复等领域有广泛的运用。本文以针织面料作为基布,通过印花方式涂覆导电复合材料制成具有应变传感功能的导电面料,并对其加工工艺进行分析优化,对影响其传感性能的因素进行分析测试,制得了弹性模量低于0.5 Mpa,变形能力远大于20%且能重复使用的导电面料,可以嵌入服装中作为传感器敏感元件使用。
柔性應變傳感器件可以作為智能紡織的敏感元件,在運動鑑測、醫療康複等領域有廣汎的運用。本文以針織麵料作為基佈,通過印花方式塗覆導電複閤材料製成具有應變傳感功能的導電麵料,併對其加工工藝進行分析優化,對影響其傳感性能的因素進行分析測試,製得瞭彈性模量低于0.5 Mpa,變形能力遠大于20%且能重複使用的導電麵料,可以嵌入服裝中作為傳感器敏感元件使用。

Flexible strain sensors can be used as sensitive elements in smart textiles and widely applied in sports monitoring, rehabilitation, etc. In this paper, knitted fabric was used as substrate material and it is coated with conductive composites by printing method to produce conductive fabric with strain sensing properties, and the process was optimized, the factors that influence the performance of the conductive fabrics were analyzed. The optimized conductive fabric can be embedded in garment as sensing element for repeat use with a tensile modulus less than 0.5 MPa and strain higher than 20%.
