目的：观察在0.06秒、0.11秒、0.16秒三种不同扳动时间患者颈椎处于后伸体位下拔伸旋转手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将180例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分成0.06秒、0.11秒、0.16秒3组，每组60例，均采用坐位拔伸旋转手法治疗，手法操作时颈椎处于后伸20度位，三组扳动时间依次为0.06秒、0.11秒、0.16秒。观察3组临床疗效、治疗前后总积分、主观感觉积分，体征积分和颈部残障指数（Neck Disability Index，NDI）评分。结果3组间总有效率、总积分、主观感觉和客观体征比较均存在统计学差异，0.16秒组优于0.11秒组和0.06秒组（P＜0.01）；治疗后NDI评分0.16秒组低于0.11秒组和0.06 s组（P=0.000）。结论在施行颈椎旋转拔伸手法治疗神经根型颈椎病，颈椎后伸20度时，手法扳动时间为0.16秒的临床疗效优于0.11秒和0.06秒。
목적：관찰재0.06초、0.11초、0.16초삼충불동반동시간환자경추처우후신체위하발신선전수법치료신경근형경추병적림상료효。방법장180례신경근형경추병환자수궤분성0.06초、0.11초、0.16초3조，매조60례，균채용좌위발신선전수법치료，수법조작시경추처우후신20도위，삼조반동시간의차위0.06초、0.11초、0.16초。관찰3조림상료효、치료전후총적분、주관감각적분，체정적분화경부잔장지수（Neck Disability Index，NDI）평분。결과3조간총유효솔、총적분、주관감각화객관체정비교균존재통계학차이，0.16초조우우0.11초조화0.06초조（P＜0.01）；치료후NDI평분0.16초조저우0.11초조화0.06 s조（P=0.000）。결론재시행경추선전발신수법치료신경근형경추병，경추후신20도시，수법반동시간위0.16초적림상료효우우0.11초화0.06초。
Objective To observe clinical effect of cervical spinal manipulative therapy in the treatment of nerve-root cervical spondylopathy on 0.06s,0.11s and 0.16s three different turning times under extension 20°cervical spine position. Methods 180 patients with nerve-root cervical spondy-lopathy were randomly divided into three groups. Every patient received cervical spinal manipulative therapy on one of three turning times with 0.06 s,0.11 s and 0.16 s under extension 20° cervical spine position. The clinical effect, total score, subjective feeling score, objective sign score and neck disability index score of three groups were calculated and compared. Results There were sig-nificant differences among three groups in total effective rate,total score,subjective feeling score and objective sign score(P<0.01), and 0.16 s group was better than other groups. The neck disability in-dex score of 0.16 s group was less than other groups (P=0.000). Conclusion The clinical effect of 0.16 s turning time was better than 0.11 s and 0.06 s under extension 20° cervical spine position when cervical spinal manipulative therapy in the treatment of nerve-root cervical spondylopathy.
