建筑节能是实现建筑碳减排的基础,通过阐述低碳建筑与建筑节能之间的关系,指出建筑节能是解决建筑高耗能问题的有效手段,是实现我国建筑碳减排的一个重要措施。根据夏热冬冷地区的气候特点,在分析当前主要建筑节能技术措施的基础上,提出了适合于夏热冬冷地区建筑节能的低碳技术。

Building energy efficiency is the basis for carbon emission reduction. Energy-saving technology is effective to control high en-ergy consumption of the building by elaborating the relationship between low-carbon building and energy efficient building, and it is also cru-cial for China's carbon emission reduction. According to the climate characteristics in hot summer and cold winter area, low carbon technology suitable for the climate characteristics is proposed which is based on the analysis of the current main building energy-saving technical mea-sures.
