针对目前植物工厂主要采用的化石燃料供能方式释放出大量温室气体和有害气体危害环境的问题,设计太阳能光伏-地源热泵式供能植物工厂空调系统,利用地下水源热泵制冷供暖植物工厂,借助太阳能光伏技术供电地源热泵系统。植物工厂位于同济大学生态园内,属自然光利用联栋小屋脊玻璃温室,占地面积927 m2。通过确定植物工厂的冷热负荷选型制热量和制冷量分别为264 kW和240 kW的水源热泵,地下水抽水量为32.46 m3/h,确定太阳能光伏阵列总功率为54667 wp。最后分析了太阳能光伏-地源热泵式供能植物工厂空调系统的经济效益和节能减排效益。

To solve the problem of a large number of greenhouse gas and harmful gas polluting environment, which released by fossil fu-els used to supply energy to plant factory, integrated solar photovoltaic and ground source heat pump air-condition system is designed, more specifically, using groundwater source heat pump to heat and cool plant factory and utilizing photovoltaic technology to power the groundwater source heat pump. The plant factory of 927m2, located in ecological garden of Tongji University, is small-roof multi-span glass greenhouse with natural light. Choosing the water source heat pump of heating capacity and refrigeration capacity are 264 kw and 240 kw respectively through the cooling and heating load of the plant factory, the quantity of pumping groundwater is 32.46 m3/h, the total power of solar photo-voltaic array is 54 667 wp. The economic benefits and energy conservation and emissions reduction benefits of the integrated solar photovolta-ic and ground source heat pump air-condition system of the plant factory are analysed finally.
