产气荚膜梭菌(Clostridium per f ringens)是一种人兽共患病的病原体,能引起各种动物和人患气性坏疽,肠毒血症,羊和山羊羔羊痢疾等肠道疾病。该菌产生的毒素至少有16种之多,ι毒素是产气荚膜梭菌主要致死毒素中唯一的一种二元毒素,由一种ADP核糖基转移酶组件(Ia)和一种绑定组件(Ib)组成,可引起羔羊、犊牛和家兔患肠毒血症。近年来,ι毒素引发的患肠毒血症的动物有向多而广发展的趋势,所以有必要对产气荚膜梭菌做更加深入的研究。论文就ι毒素的分子结构和功能、致病机制以及检测和预防进行了阐述,以期对今后有关ι毒素的研究有所帮助。

Clostridium per f ringens as an important zoonotic pathogens can cause diseases such as gas gan-grene ,enterotoxemia of sheep and goat and lamb dysentery ,and others .The bacteria can produce at least 16 toxins ,ιtoxin is the only binary toxin of all the toxins ,w hich is composed of an ADP ribose base trans-ferase (Ia) component and a binding component (Ib) ,and it can cause enterotoxemia of lamb ,calf ,and rabbit .In recent years ,more and more animals suffering from E type enterotoxemia ,so it is necessary to study deeply and comprehensively . This thesis elaborates research progress in structure and function , pathogenic mechanism ,and detection and prevention of Clostridium per f ringensιtoxin .It is helpful for the future research onιtoxin .
