以嗜酸乳酸杆菌JCM 1132作为益生菌添加剂饲喂亲代斑马鱼,研究其对子代幼鱼免疫功能的影响。试验设对照组(饲喂基础饲料)和益生菌组(基础饲料中添加108 cf u/g嗜酸乳酸杆菌JC M 1132),饲喂30 d后,对其孵化的幼鱼进行嗜水气单胞菌攻毒,分别检测攻毒后幼鱼死亡情况及攻毒期间鱼体内免疫因子 il1b和nfkbiaa mRNA相对表达量。结果表明,在攻毒后5 d到8 d ,益生菌组的幼鱼死亡率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在攻毒后5 h、24 h和48 h ,益生菌组幼鱼的 il1b和nf kbiaa转录显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。表明嗜酸乳酸杆菌饲喂斑马鱼亲鱼并不能提高子代斑马鱼的免疫功能。

The aim of this research is to evalute the effect of dietary L .acidophilus JCM 1132 on the off-spring immunity in zebrafish (Danio rerio) .Sexually-mature male and female zebrafish as brood fish were divided into two groups with different feeding :basal diets (CTRL) ,basal diets plus 108 cfu/g food L .aci-dophilus JCM 1132 (LA) ,for 30 days .The larvae hatched from two groups were challenged with Aero-monas hydrophila NJ-1 ,and then the mortality and the expression of immune factor il1b and nfkbiaa of larvae were oberved .The results showed that from 5 days to 8 days after challenge ,the mortality of the larva from LA group was higher significantly than that of CK group (P<0 .05);at 5 ,24 ,48 hours after challenge ,the expressions of il1b and nfkbiaa in larvae from LA group decreased significantly than that from CK group .This indicated that larval immuinty was not enhenced by feeding their parants with L .ac-idophilus JCM 1132 .
