采用湿法造纸工艺制备活性炭纤维纸,探讨活性炭纤维与纸浆配比、热熔性纤维含量、热压时间、热压压力、热压温度对活性炭纤维纸的透气性、拉伸断裂强力、顶破强力的影响。结果表明:随着活性炭纤维含量的增加,活性炭纤维纸的透气性增加,拉伸断裂强力降低,对顶破强力的影响不大;当加入热熔性纤维时,活性炭纤维纸的整体性能有所提高;较合理的工艺为热压温度120℃、热压时间30 s、热压压力10 MPa,此时活性炭纤维纸的透气率为135.71 mm/s,拉伸断裂强力为6.2 N。
採用濕法造紙工藝製備活性炭纖維紙,探討活性炭纖維與紙漿配比、熱鎔性纖維含量、熱壓時間、熱壓壓力、熱壓溫度對活性炭纖維紙的透氣性、拉伸斷裂彊力、頂破彊力的影響。結果錶明:隨著活性炭纖維含量的增加,活性炭纖維紙的透氣性增加,拉伸斷裂彊力降低,對頂破彊力的影響不大;噹加入熱鎔性纖維時,活性炭纖維紙的整體性能有所提高;較閤理的工藝為熱壓溫度120℃、熱壓時間30 s、熱壓壓力10 MPa,此時活性炭纖維紙的透氣率為135.71 mm/s,拉伸斷裂彊力為6.2 N。

The activated carbon fiber paper was prepared by wet-formation papermaking process and the effects of the ratio of carbon fiber and pulp , the ratio of hot-melt fiber, pressing time, hot pressing pressure and hot pressing temperature on air permeability , tensile strength , bursting strength of activated carbon fiber paper were studied .The results showed that , with the increase in the proportion of activated carbon fiber , activated carbon fiber paper permeability increased and bursting strength unchanged , but the tensile strength decreased .Adding hot-melt fiber, the overall performance of activated carbon fiber paper increased .It was found that the more rational process was when the temperature was 120 ℃, hot pressing time was 30 s, the pressure was 10 MPa, permeability of activated carbon fiber paper was 135 .71 mm/s, tensile strength was 6 .2 N.
