随着城市化进程的加速和规模的扩张，城乡结合部优越的区位条件和相对于城市低廉的土地价格，成为城市扩张的最佳地段，在大量城乡结合部土地征用过程中也出现了许多问题。本文阐述了城乡结合部土地征用中存在的问题，并提出了针对性建议，从而促进城乡统筹、社会和谐的发展。

With the urbanization process is speeding up, it means that the city will be further expanded the scale, the urban-rural areas will be expropriated more land because the superior geographic condi-tion and the low land prices. There are many problems reflected in the process of land expropriation. This paper is discussion the problems and make reasonable suggestions to solve existing problems, in order to promote Rural-Urban coordination development and social harmonious development.
