在福建省三明市泰宁县对感染了松材线虫( Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)病的不同染病时期的马尾松( Pinus massoniana)单株进行了蒸腾速率测定和光谱特征采集。结果表明:健康与染病马尾松植株蒸腾速率间存在较大差异。染病程度不同的马尾松病株间的蒸腾速率也存在着较大差异。蒸腾速率可以作为松材线虫病早期诊断的一个有效因子。近红外波段是植株染病后光谱反射率变化最敏感的波段,可用于马尾松病情的监测。

An experiment was conducted to study the transpiration rate determination and spectral characteristics acquisition to Pinus massoniana infected by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in different disease infecting periods in Taining County, Fujian Province.There is difference on the transpiration rate between healthy trees and infected trees.There are some differences among different infected levels.Transpiration rate can be an effective early diagnosis factor for Bursaphelenchus xylophilus prediction.Near infrared band is the most sensitive band to show the changes of spectral reflectance while the plants are infected.Therefore, near infrared band can be used for monitoring the disease of Pinus massoniana.
