采用平板溶磷圈法对典型黑土区4种林地(美青杨林、水曲柳林、落叶松林和樟子松林)土壤的磷细菌进行了分离和筛选,并测定了其解磷能力。结果表明:4种林地土壤中分布了大量的解磷菌和溶磷菌,其中每克解磷菌的菌落形成单位(CFU)为(5.43~16.81)×105、溶磷菌为(0.49~3.16)×105,且解磷菌数量多于溶磷菌。从4种林地土壤中分离得到了15株分解有机磷的解磷菌和11株溶解无机磷的溶磷菌;其中有2株解磷菌解磷能力较高,解磷圈直径与菌落直径比值均大于2.0,解磷量分别为0.50、1.13 mg/L;有2株溶磷菌溶磷能力较高,溶磷圈直径与菌落直径比值均大于2.0,溶磷量分别为0.90、0.18 mg/L。
採用平闆溶燐圈法對典型黑土區4種林地(美青楊林、水麯柳林、落葉鬆林和樟子鬆林)土壤的燐細菌進行瞭分離和篩選,併測定瞭其解燐能力。結果錶明:4種林地土壤中分佈瞭大量的解燐菌和溶燐菌,其中每剋解燐菌的菌落形成單位(CFU)為(5.43~16.81)×105、溶燐菌為(0.49~3.16)×105,且解燐菌數量多于溶燐菌。從4種林地土壤中分離得到瞭15株分解有機燐的解燐菌和11株溶解無機燐的溶燐菌;其中有2株解燐菌解燐能力較高,解燐圈直徑與菌落直徑比值均大于2.0,解燐量分彆為0.50、1.13 mg/L;有2株溶燐菌溶燐能力較高,溶燐圈直徑與菌落直徑比值均大于2.0,溶燐量分彆為0.90、0.18 mg/L。

The experiment was conducted to study the phosphoru bacterial strains from four kinds of forests soil including Poplar (Populus nigra var.italica×P.cathayan), Manchurian Ash (Fraxinus mandshurica), Larch (Larix gmelini) and Scots Pine ( Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica) in typical black soil region of northeastern China by plate P-solubilizing circle meth-od.The vast amounts of both phosphate-dissolving and phosphate-solubilizaing bacteria was distributed from four kinds of forest soils, which are in the ranges of (5.43-16.81)×105cfu· g-1 and (0.49-3.16)×105cfu· g-1, respectively.15 phosphate-dissolving bacterial strains and 11 phosphate-solubilizing bacterial strains with obvious dissolving phosphate zone were obtained from four kinds of forests soil.Two strains show strong ability of dissolving phosphate with a ratio of dissol-ving phosphate zone diameter to culture community zone diameter ( D/d) exceeding 2.0, and phosphate-dissolving capaci-ty were 0.50 and 1.13 mg/L, respectively.Two phosphate-solubilizing bacterial strains with stronger phosphate-solubiliz-ing capability were obtained with D/d of more than 2.0, and the phosphate-solubilizing capacity were 0.90 and 0.18 mg/L, respectively.
