采用常规根尖压片法,对百合OT杂种系的‘Nymph ’、‘Valparaiso ’和‘Yelloween ’3个品种进行了核型分析。因OT系列的品种为东方百合和喇叭百合杂种系间的杂交品种,染色体高度杂合,核型复杂,故将每条染色体分别列出单独分析。研究结果显示:‘Valparaiso’为三倍体,其余两种为二倍体。3品种均为3B型,核型不对称系数分别为79.79%、80.15%和81.73%。其中‘Valparaiso’可能存在B染色体。核型公式分别为‘Nymph’2n=2x=24=2m(SAT)+2sm+9t+11st;‘Valparaiso’3n=3x=36=4m(SAT)+3sm(SAT)+15st+14t;‘Yelloween’2n=2x=24=4m(2SAT)+16t+4st。

The karyotype of three representative new cultivars from OT Hybrid Lilies, ‘Nymph’, ‘Valparaiso’ and ‘Yellow-een’ were taken as samples for analysis by traditional squash method.The chromosomes were listed for analysis separately considering the karyotypic complexity of the OT lily as a intersectional hybrid.‘Valparaiso’ is triploid, and the other two cultivars are diploid.Karyotypes of all the Lilium cultivars are 3B, and the asymmetry index ( As· K%) are 79.79%, 80.18%and 81.73%, respectively.B chromosomes may be in‘Valparaiso’.The karyotype formula of‘Nymph’ is 2n=2x=24=2m(SAT)+2sm+9t+11st, that of ‘Valparaiso’ is 3n=3x=36=4m(SAT)+3sm(SAT)+15st+14t, and that of‘Yelloween’ is 2n=2x=24=4m(2SAT)+16t+4st.
